Arteche offers a complete range of solutions for improving power factor and reducing energy costs. Included are either fixed capacity or automatic, with the automatic methods utilizing either traditional contactor switching or modern approaches using thyristor switches for sub-cycle, transient free energization of capacitor banks. Harmonic Protected Capacitor banks are available to assure long life whenever non-linear loads share the same power source as the capacitor banks.
