Arteche's 75th anniversary year could not have started better. On February 14, World Energy Day,  the Adding Energies solidarity race began from the Ultra High Voltage Laboratory in Mungia.

We began to add up kilometers on foot, running and cycling to go around the world and, more importantly, to achieve a very important solidarity objective: through Caritas, to facilitate the electricity supply for a whole year to 75 families in disadvantaged situations in the different regions where we carried out the event.

Thanks to the effort and commitment of all the participants, #MovingTogether, we managed to go around the world comfortably before the end of the race on April 29, 75 days after it started. Now the necessary steps are already being taken to materialize the aid through Caritas.

The NGO professionals are determining which families will receive electricity supply in the different regions, which is a basic aspect for any person to have a minimum quality of life. Once this process is completed, we will sign the corresponding agreements and the energy supply will begin.

Once again, we extend our heartfelt thanks to all the people who are #SumandoEnergías in this initiative.
