The technology, knowledge and combined experience of Arteche and AMSC allow us to meet the most strict grid code regulations and utility interconnection requirements for integrating renewable energy generated in wind farms and solar plants around the world.

Renewable energy development is changing the energy matrix that feeds the growth of our society, reducing its environmental impact. The variability and location of the new wind farms and photovoltaic parks affect the operation of the power grid. Therefore, as installed capacity expands, the stringency levels of grid codes and interconnection requirements for renewables progressively increase.

The collaboration agreement allows us to offer hybrid solutions to ensure compliance with the most demanding renewables interconnection requirements, maximizing the use of renewable generation, facilitating system operation, and ensuring network stability.

Hybrid solutions make it possible to leverage the best of each technology to offer optimal solutions from a technical and economic standpoint. They combine STATCOM, capacitor banks, and harmonic filters to provide excellent ultra-fast dynamic response, high reactive power compensation capacity, and harmonic mitigation to the meet reactive power, harmonic limits, and voltage regulation requirements of the most demanding grid codes.
