Arteche and Hitachi Energy are joining forces through a joint venture in Arteche Gas Insulated Transformers (AGIT), in which both companies will work together in the sustainable gas insulated transformer market.
This Joint Venture, in which Arteche holds a 51% majority stake, while Hitachi Energy holds 49%, strengthens AGIT's position in the field of both instrument transformers for GIS substations and voltage transformers for ancillary services.
