Reclosers and switches

Three-phase SF₆ circuit breaker to switch medium voltage feeders up to 36kV in normal and in short circuit conditions. They are specially designed to automatically isolate faults, protect lines and restore the service if the fault has been cleared. Since many short circuit in medium voltage networks are transient in nature, the use of reclosers improves greatly the service continuity and reliability indicators (SAIDI / CAIFI).

With different protection, control and communication options, our recloser is suitable for use in modern protection schemes, fault isolation and location systems, as well as outage management systems under different network protocols, such as DNP or IEC 61850.
