A total of 80 pictures, sent from 10 countries, have taken part in the III artPhoto, a competition organized by Arteche. The participating works have captured the daily use and social impact of electricity on our lives and in the infrastructures that surround us.
Although the level of participation has not managed to overcome the previous edition, the technical and artistic quality of the images presented has far exceeded all our expectations.
‘Water Power’, by Xavier Cervantes, won in the Infrastructure and electrical equipment category.
‘Izpiak’, by Felix Urrutia, won in the Life and Electricity category.
The untitled picture by Joxean Zurutuza won in the Arteche Product category.
No video has won the Arteche Video category.
The authors of these three photographs, which have best captured, in the jury's opinion, the use and impact of electricity in each of the three categories, have won a fantastic smartGyro.
