General Qualifications and Job Description
- Coordinate solutions to industrialize in order to correct and prevent safety aspects in the plant.
- Coordinate solutions to industrialize for ergonomics improvements.
- Support the incidents that arise in the daily management (level 1 and level 2).
- Definition, control and small improvements of the process, writing the process standar procedures and defining critical parameters of each process to be controlled.
- Work on quality improvements acting on processes, FEMA, input for control plans, participation in SCRA, 8D, etc.
- Efficiency management and improvement, time control, maintenance of roadmaps-flowcharts for each product and improvement of them through 3M analysis, workstations' balancing, etc.
- Work on operational flow improvements, capacity control, etc.
- Coordinate small industrializations, tool's desgins, LO modifications, etc.
- Comply with all Compliance regulations and processes.
- Comply with all policies and initiatives related to sustainability, promoted by management, contributing to the sustainable development goals.
- Comply with the stablished preventive measures, providing suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
- Ensure the own professional development in coordination with the manager and relying on the means offered by the organization, including self-training.
