Mitxel de Paz joined the Mungia factory almost 36 years ago, in 1987. He studied in the afternoons to grow along with Arteche. And, like the company that today enjoys the trust of customers in more than 175 countries, Mitxel expanded his horizons as part of the Sales & Marketing team.
With my clients I show myself as I am: an open person, extroverted... I like people very much. I try to empathize with my clients, and take away their problems. Because, in a complex project, problems always arise, and I always try to accompany them, help them through the process, and be as close as possible all along the way."
