As part of the eighth edition of the open innovation platform BIND 4.0, promoted by the Basque Government through the SPRI Group, Arteche joins forces with the Startup Orbik Cybersecurity and Birziplastik.
With Orbik Cybersecurity we are collaborating in a project to incorporate cybersecurity in an integral way, both in our products and solutions and in their development, for example, in the new range of electronic control and protection products we are working on: one of the pillars on which our commitment to innovation is based.
Together with Birziplastik, another Basque Startup with which we share space in the innovation ecosystem BAT (B Accelerator Tower), specialized in the integral management of plastic waste, we are undertaking a pilot test with sustainability criteria for the management of our waste, combining Sustainability and Innovation in this project.
With these initiatives we put the focus on some of the challenges of the electricity sector, such as the reduction of environmental impact, or the transformation, optimization and digitization of processes and solutions that make use of connectivity technologies, IoT, Big Data, AI or Cybersecurity, among others.
With the aim of also combining Talent to Innovation and Sustainability, we are part since 2022 of B Accelerator Tower |BAT. There we can explore the International Entrepreneurship Ecosystem and identify startups through the innovative challenges we have, find disruptive solutions, connect with new talent and a first class innovative community to collaborate, build and invest with.
With these initiatives we focus mainly on the electricity sector, clean energy and sustainability, and also on Industry 4.0, intelligent and automated, as these are the verticals where we mainly carry out our activity.
