This transaction is part of our ambitious growth strategy, set out in the Strategic Plan towards 2023. The acquisition of Esitaş represents the integration within Arteche of a company with a solid industrial base, widely recognised in its market, with instrument transformers that boast innovative technology. The acquisition will contribute to the growth of the company and reinforce the positioning of our brand in the sector.
For Arteche, this acquisition is the first step on the path of growth. Our strategy, in this initial phase, is to gain a presence in the Asian region and expand our portfolio of products and clients through synergies that only a company with over 35 years’ experience in the sector and in the instrumentation and measuring market, like Esitaş, can provide.
And so, with this acquisition, Arteche reinforces its leadership as it looks to the future challenges around the transformation of the energy sector. We also strengthen our commitment to continue to add energies to move into the future.
