For the fifth consecutive year, Arteche has presented our Sustainability Report with which we want to communicate with full transparency the progress made during the year 2022 in fields such as environmental, social and corporate, while strengthening our contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda
We present the 2022 Sustainability Report

The sustainability strategy is intrinsically linked to our daily operations and is a fundamental part of all our actions. It is guided by ESG (Environment, Social and Corporate Governance) criteria and focuses its commitment on people, society and the planet. 

In our Sustainability Report 2022, we present the progress we have made in different fields.

Sustainability Report

At the economic level:

  • We generated 23% more economic value (348.8 million euros).
  • We distributed 22% more economic value (334.6 million euros).
  • We retained 61% more economic value (14.2 million euros).
  • Our tax contribution increased by 16% to 33.2 million euros.

At the environmental level:

  • We reduced diesel C consumption by 51,2%.
  • We reduced water consumption by 10.3%.
  • We generated 22% less hazardous waste and recycled 63% of it. 
  • We received recognition from CDP Score Report (a non-profit organization that manages the global disclosure system for investors, companies, cities, states and regions to monitor their environmental impact). 
  • 0 environmental incidents and 0 non-conformities with respect to ISO14001.

At the social level:

  • We increased training hours by 17% (to 57, 786)
  • We have 86% of our personnel with permanent contracts.
  • We have 25% of women in management positions and positions of responsibility throughout the group.
  • 80% of spending has been made with local suppliers.
  • We have signed 16 collaboration agreements with training entities. 

At the corporate governance level: 

  • 100% of the operations carried out by the company's employees have followed strict protocols.
  • 52% of the company's employees have received compliance training.
  • We started the SCIIF (internal control system for financial information) implementation project.
  • We increased the deployment of the risk management system. 

During 2023, we will keep #MovingTogether to further advance in all these fields, in line with our purpose, our mission and our values.
